Browser projects and exports
Saved brand-kit state is stored in this browser until you clear it. SVG, PNG, favicon, social, and ZIP exports are generated for you to download. FreeLogoGen does not upload deterministic vector projects merely because you edit or export them.
AI brand-kit requests
If AI generation is enabled and you request it, FreeLogoGen removes detected contacts, domains, monetary figures, repository references, sensitive words, and secrets before converting the brief into a general category and visual direction. That generalized direction and selected colors are sent to the configured image provider. The original brief, project name, and generated assets are not intentionally stored by FreeLogoGen after the response. A short one-way hash derived from network information may be held in process for daily rate limiting. The image provider applies its own terms and retention rules. Do not submit secrets, personal data, confidential plans, or third-party content you cannot lawfully use.
Logo API and operational logs
Authenticated API requests may include the brand state needed to render the requested asset. Hosting infrastructure may process request time, route, browser or device information, and IP address for delivery, security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. Server credentials remain on the server. We do not sell personal information or use project data for advertising.
Payments and Waffo Pancake
FreeLogoGen has a checkout proxy prepared for optional paid asset packs, but a working public checkout depends on the configured ShipAny payment route and provider. Before any purchase, checkout must identify the price, taxes, payment provider, and seller or merchant of record. Payment may be handled by Waffo Pancake or another provider displayed before purchase. If Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, it processes buyer information needed for payment, tax, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes under its own privacy terms. FreeLogoGen does not store a full card number or card security code.
Payment records, retention, and rights
When a paid entitlement is enabled, FreeLogoGen or its ShipAny service may retain the account link, provider, order or transaction identifier, product or plan, amount, currency, timestamps, verified payment status, refund or chargeback status, and entitlement lifecycle needed to deliver and reconcile access. Account, support, security, and signed payment-event records are retained only as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve refunds or disputes; they are then deleted, anonymized, or archived where law requires continued retention. Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection.
Security, children, and contact
We use HTTPS, request limits, input minimization, server-only provider credentials, and signed payment events where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
