Free service and your content
The core browser generator is available without an account. You keep responsibility for names, briefs, uploaded or entered material, trademarks, and exported designs. Do not submit secrets or content you lack permission to use. You must perform your own trademark, copyright, licensing, and suitability checks before adopting or distributing a logo.
AI and generated-output disclaimer
AI directions and generated assets may be inaccurate, generic, similar to existing work, incomplete, infringing, or unsuitable. A generated result is not a trademark clearance, exclusivity guarantee, professional design engagement, legal opinion, or promise of registrability. Review and modify every asset before use.
Paid packs and checkout
The checkout proxy and product identifiers do not prove that a public paid offer is currently available. If a paid pack is offered, its files, license, price, taxes, seller or merchant of record, and provider will be shown before purchase. Checkout may be provided by Waffo Pancake or another provider identified before purchase. When Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, its buyer-facing payment, tax, receipt, refund, and dispute terms also apply. A refund, reversal, or chargeback revokes the associated paid entitlement.
Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a first one-time digital purchase if the paid pack or entitlement has not been materially downloaded, consumed, or used. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded, and a verified delivery failure that cannot be restored may qualify for a refund, replacement, or equivalent remedy. Email hello@any1tan.com with the account email, order or transaction ID, and reason; never send a full card number. Approved refunds return through the original provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service or API to infringe rights, impersonate others, generate illegal or deceptive content, probe or bypass access controls, overload the service, redistribute paid source packs without permission, or present FreeLogoGen as guaranteeing ownership or registration.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FreeLogoGen is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generators, APIs, AI providers, exports, checkout, and third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, incompatible, or erroneous and are not legal, trademark, tax, security, or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the 12 months before the event. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
Breach, suspension, and termination
We may limit requests, suspend service, revoke an entitlement, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, infringement, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, non-payment, platform abuse, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately to protect users, the service, or a third party. Refunds after enforcement follow the refund policy and mandatory law. If we terminate prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion where applicable.
